Varsal
This type of Mutation is caused by either death or will of a person. In case of death of a person in the family__ Patwari records the details regarding name of the person who has died__ date of death and entry number of Chawkidar Register in his Roznamcha Waqaiti (Diary of daily events). Land can also be transferred to the successors i.e. sons__ daughters__ relative or any other person even if the owner is alive by way of his will.
